Holy Name Convent’s very first past pupils’ reunion, HNC Connections, was held on Saturday 12th January 2019.

Not only did this gathering give the former students an opportunity to reconnect with old friends, but also allowed for them to give back to their Alma mater. Throughout the evening, guests were presented with various projects and renovations to be done around the school and were encouraged to donate to a project of their choice.

Additionally, many exciting activities took place. Shortly before the new Executive of the Past Pupils Association was introduced, the students of Lower 6 lead the crowd through iconic dances, such as the Electric Slide and the Cha-Cha Slide. Subsequently, visitors were taught how to stilt walk with 1000 Mokos. Finally, the evening ended as everyone, current and past students, sang the school song.

We thank everyone that came and contributed to the refurbishment of our school, 1000 Mokos for giving our guesst this fantastic opportunity and to the administration for organizing this splendid event.

Lastly, Holy Name Convent would like to give a very special thank you the newly elected executive of the PPA, who presented a cheque to the school for two upcoming projects in the General Science lab and the Sixth Form block.
