This year, for Holy Name Convent’s Annual School Bazaar, students, parents, and teachers all came together to celebrate and collaborate by turning the school into a lively atmosphere for fun, games, and community spirit! With a variety of stalls and activities, there was something for everyone to do.
Preparations Before Bazaar
In the days leading up to the bazaar, students and teachers worked tirelessly on decorations, signs, and stall setups. Classes the day before transformed into stalls, offering different goods.
Publicity played an important role in the bazaar’s success. Flyers, posters, social media posts, and school announcements ensured that students, parents, and friends were aware of the event. The result was a lively, bustling atmosphere filled with laughter, games, and delicious treats.
A Variety of Exciting Stalls
Visitors to the bazaar were spoiled for choice with a wide array of fun and engaging stalls. The Shoot de Shot and Punch Board stalls thrilled students with games of skill and chance, while Bingo and Wheel of Fortune kept everyone on the edge of their seats, cheering for lucky winners.
The White Elephant stall offered an assortment of surprising treasures, and the festive Santa & Pick-A-Gift stall delighted children with the joy of choosing special presents. Refreshments were plentiful, with the Smoothies stall providing delicious fruity drinks and the Tea Stall offering warm beverages for parents, staff, students and anyone who purchsed a ticket.
Younger visitors enjoyed hours of fun at the Play Park/Kiddie Area, while the Disco had students dancing to lively tunes. For a touch of friendly competition, the Hoopla stall gave participants the chance to test their aim and win exciting prizes. Each stall added its own unique flavour to the event, making the bazaar a vibrant and inclusive celebration.
Overall, the bazaar was a wonderful display of school spirit, creativity, and community engagement. It was heartwarming to see students, staff, and families come together, enjoying the games, treats, and entertainment while supporting the school. Hope truly lit the way!
